The McDonald's Cup is a state wide 'FA Cup' style knockout competition open to men's teams from the NSW Premier League, NSW Super League, NSW State League Division One and NSW State League Division Two, as well as local Association men's teams.

The competition is scheduled to commence in early April 2010.

The draw will be seeded, with the local Association and NSW State League Division Two clubs entered in Round One. Round Two will include the Round One winners plus NSW State League Division One and NSW Super League teams, with Round Two winners and NSW Premier League teams drawn in Round 3.
